Legal
These terms govern access to and use of the Wynncraft public API, developer features, OAuth2 applications, access tokens, and similar integration features.
These API Terms apply to your access to and use of the Wynncraft public API and any related developer features provided by Wynncraft Studios. These API Terms are in addition to our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these API Terms and the Terms of Service in relation to your use of the API, these API Terms control to the extent of that conflict.
By accessing or using the API, you agree to these API Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these API Terms, you must not access or use the API.
You may use the API only in accordance with these API Terms, our documentation, applicable law, and any privacy or access controls we make available through the platform.
You are responsible for your applications, integrations, stored API data, displayed API data, and all activity performed through your credentials, applications, or tokens.
You must keep API credentials, access tokens, client secrets, and similar authentication materials secure and confidential. You must not share them in a way that exposes them to unauthorized third parties.
You must promptly rotate, revoke, or stop using credentials or tokens that are compromised, exposed, misused, or no longer authorized.
If you use OAuth2 applications or similar authorization features, you may access and use data only as permitted by the authorization granted and the functionality of the integration.
If a user authorizes your application, you may use that authorization only to make requests and process data for that user's benefit and in connection with the functionality the user reasonably expects.
You must not use user authorizations, tokens, linked accounts, or similar access as a means to distribute, multiply, proxy, or otherwise bypass rate limits or other usage restrictions that apply to the API, an endpoint, an application, or a class of requests.
You must not misrepresent what your application does, what data it accesses, or how it uses retained API data.
Any data accessed through the API on or after May 8, 2026 remains subject to the applicable user privacy settings, including any later changes made by the user.
If a user changes their privacy settings to restrict access to data previously obtained through the API on or after May 8, 2026, you must promptly stop using, displaying, sharing, or otherwise processing that data except as required by law, and must delete or anonymize retained copies within a reasonable period.
Before August 2025, certain game-related data associated with user accounts may have been publicly accessible through our services or API. Data independently collected before that time may be subject to different treatment, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
You remain responsible for any data you independently collect, store, cache, export, republish, or otherwise process through the API or your integration.
We may change, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the API, documentation, endpoints, responses, features, or access requirements at any time.
We do not guarantee that the API will remain available, uninterrupted, compatible, or unchanged.
We may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate your access to the API, your applications, your credentials, or your tokens immediately and with or without notice if we believe you have violated these API Terms, created a security risk, abused the API, or otherwise created risk for users, our services, or third parties.
